Girls becoming equipped, motivated and passionately engaged in living out their faith
GEMS Girls’ Club is a place for girls to belong and be loved. Girls today often look for love, worth, and acceptance in places culture tells them to look: Appearances, emotions, experiences, performance, personality, possessions, popularity, or social media. These things can leave girls feeling emptier than ever, and they miss the Truth that they are already unconditionally LOVED by God.
GEMS Club helps girls develop a lasting relationship with Jesus, each other, and their mentors while doing fun crafts, games, and more. Our study for the fall semester is called Friended. We will learn what it means to be a friend of God and a friend to others. Through prayer, Bible study, and quality time together, we will discover how our relationship with God impacts all of our relationships. GEMS Club will be held twice per month beginning in September.
Ages: K – 5th grade
Date/Time: Every other Wednesday (1st/3rd) from 2:45pm – 4:00pm
2025 dates: 9/3, 9/17, 10/1, 10/15, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17
Location: Marshdale Elementary School (Art Room)
Cost: $125 for the year (per student)
